The interview process was surprisingly easy, quick, and efficient. A recruiter found my resume posted on Monster and phoned me to set up a phone interview. We established that it would be in the afternoon two days from then. I was interviewing with the Program Director and the Documentation Manager. The call came in one-half hour late but we had a terrific rapport immediately and I was offered the position - with details to be finalized with my recruiters.
