No HR screening interview, in fact i was never once asked if I had any questions about the company.
Started with a short technical screening over the phone followed by an in person interview. they even failed to mention that the job was remote only until the end of the second interview. process was luckily not very long, taking only 2-3 weeks for the entire process. I was told by HR that they were very interested in hiring me and would give me a verbal offer after they contacted my referrals. a week later i was called by a "program manager" who tried to lower my salary request severely. i refused the offer and was no longer given the offer.

Entretien
It was all good initially. Gave the information what i want with the salary and all the information that was needed. Two rounds of interview was conducted. I went through both of the interview. Then they wanted to do a reference check. I talked with my manager and said that I would need a reference and all. The recruiter comes back and tells me that oh the salary expectation by you is too high for them to hire. Now in my current job manager already know that I am trying to leave and for the position they offered due to the miscommunication I couldn't be hired by them. Just be aware. I really had a bad experience.
