Describe a situation where you had to come up with a new innovation in your previous employers, how did you go about it?
Took months with long gaps between rounds but actual interviews were pretty straightforward. All of the interviews were via zoom and one person at a time, no panels. Overall was not a difficult process.
Very long process, met and spoke to a lot of people, liked them all, liked the general proposition, seemed like quite an entrepreneurial division I was looking to join.
