WORST Process ever!!! Very dissappointed about this since they said I sounded like a good fit, and after a bounch of interviews during two months without any business case they rejected me and said something related to "lack of experience in a specific tool" How they know if I'm able to use it if there wasn't any exercise to prove it? Disrespectful and unprofessional "team"

About experience, results and performance, work techniques, used tools, type of designs, they just follow a list of questions like a robots.
Long process. Originally sent me an email saying they wanted to offer me the role. Ten minutes later sent me another email saying they made a mistake and I didn't get the role!!
