Usual format of two interviewers, alternating asking questions and occasional FU questions. Felt that the interview went well and seemed that I was all but offered a job the next day before receiving an email stating the job was no longer available. Very impersonal to not receive a call to be told the position was no longer available and then contacted a few months later to apply for the same role.

I applied online on the company's website. Received a call from a recruiter, half of which was in English. Then online assessment ( logical, mathematical questions, sort of IQ test) Second stage interview: one to one with a team member from a different department. The team member told me his colleague, who was initially supposed to interview, could not make it and that we will repeat the interview all together and to expect an email. Two weeks later, received an automatic rejection email. I asked for explanation, to which the recruiter replied: ''Let's park it there''. In the end, they apologised, however, very unprofessional recruitment, both staff and process itself.
