Pretty standard. I had 1 first round interview on campus where the guy asked me pretty standard stuff. Some basic personal questions in addition to having some technicals - valuation methods, pitch a merger etc. Got called back the night of and had superday the next day. Had 2 one-on-one interviews for superday. Again, some valuation methods, including walking through a DCF and knowing the pros/cons of each valuation. There was also a stress test and that was rather awkward.

The interview process at Citi followed a fairly standard bulge bracket structure and was well organized overall. After submitting my application online, I was contacted by HR for an initial screening call that focused primarily on my background, interest in investment banking, and motivation for applying to Citi. This call was conversational and lasted about 20–30 minutes. The first formal interview round consisted of one-on-one interviews with analysts and associates. These interviews included a mix of behavioral and technical questions. Behavioral questions focused on my past experiences, teamwork, leadership, and reasons for pursuing investment banking and Citi specifically. Technical questions covered core valuation concepts, including DCF methodology, enterprise value, and how changes in depreciation affect financial statements
