Got the interview call from freshers world website .The selection process had 5 stages. Aptitude ,typing,letter writing ,hr and technical rounds with average difficulty level ,took 2 days to complete the whole process , go the offer letter a month later.

I applied online and received a phone call to take a skills test. I had a phone Interview that went over basic qualifactions for the job. I was invited for a one on one iterview and it went really well. It was one of the most comfortable interviews I had ever been on. I left feeling confident in my answers and how well I got along with the manager. Then the company strung me along for six weeks saying they hadn't made a decision yet and then I got a letter in the mail saying they went with another candidate.
