Good communication with the junior staff. Nicely set up interview - I met with a diverse group of people that gives you a great feel on whether you'd like to work with them or not. After two weeks, the person I was interviewing to work for, put me in touch with opportunities that are more on my level, pretty much more advanced than the position I was interviewing for.

Had two rounds of interview, one was with the HR, second round was with the recruiting manager. Relatively simple, and needed to talk about my resume. Had follow up call with the recruiting manager to confirm that everything that we discussed sounds good to me
