It was a great experience, did my online application, followed by the online tests, then two interviews, one with HR and one with a member of the team I was applying for (in my case IB).

Black Heritage Spring Insight Interview: consisted of very generic competency questions (tell me about a time you worked in a team, why Citi, why finance etc). The technical interview similarly was not very technical and was largely based on commercial awareness or repeats of the competency interview.
