First round is the introduction round- they just check how good is your communication skills Second rounf is the Aptitude one- Timed test done on computer, basic math, verbal ability and reasoning Third round is with "The big guys" : Here a senior will ask you series of questions related to how knowledgible you are and your basic details. The final show: Process head will ask you details(almost same things, just in more precise way) Ps: make sure that your communication skill is good.
