Applied through campus recruiting, received interview a few weeks later. Interviewed with two staff members who were both friendly. Interview was basic getting to know me and my experience and a short rundown of the position specifics. At the end of the interview, I was told I'd be invited to the 2nd round the following day. 7 months later, I still have not heard back.

Great interviewers! Asked pointed questions, and guided me through the process. I thought they were easy to talk to and wanted to be part of the interview process. They asked bond pricing, market questions, credit, etc.

Had initial screening interview with head of department. Afterwards was invited to meet the entire team. I met with 5 team members total for about 30 minutes each and had a conversation with each person. it was with 4 directors and one analyst.
