J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Citi (New York, NY) en févr. 2013
Entretien
Two rounds of interview. The first round was on campus. Two interviewers. One performed the bad cop trying to be a little bit challenging and diving into details about what you did here, and why you took this action and why you thought this way. The good cop asked me why Citi and some of your stories. That was the time you can show your understanding about the job and about Citi Consumer Banking. Most people were asked: which part of job under consumer banking you want to do. This tests you whether you know their organization and whether you have thought through about what you want to do. The second round was in Citi NYC office in long island. I was interviewed by 3 interviewers, and they were quite nice, and they wanted you to be relaxed. They asked a lot of your personal stories: your leadership, conflict, and what type of organizations do you want to work, and etc.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Difficult questions for me were 1) what types of organization do you want to work for? I started with some general answer, like the working environment...but the key here is to connect you to Citi. 2) same questions but asked in different ways. I was asked solving problems for 3-4 times, and i run short of stories in this category.
It was a long process with many steps. The assessment center was virtual which made the logistics and timings difficult to maneuver. The final interview was challenging and the interviewers put lots of pressure on you.
no online assessment is required, just fill in the application form online. there were a total of 2 rounds of interview, the interview process was smooth and they asked about basic behavioral questions, questions related to digitalization.

Entretien
The first round was a case study and the second round was a behavioural interview. The case study was given out 30 minutes beforehand and it was a group interview. The interviewees were really pleasant and it was a fun experience.
