Entretien
1. HR scheduled call at 11 am, missed the call time.
2. HR scheduled 2nd call time at 3 , and missed that call.
3. Called 55 mins late, spoke to HR, they passed me to hiring manger
4. Met with hiring manager, first thing out of his mouth, "You are not qualified for this job, but tell me why you THINK you are??"
5. All of the hiring manger's remaining "questions" were just statements, and if I answered him correctly, he told me that I was WRONG, and then would repeat my answer almost exactly.
This was the WORST interview process I have EVER been through from the HR to the manger, I would STAY AWAY from CITI! TERRIBLE

2/3 people in a panel interview were extremely late and didn't have their cameras on, the entire interview felt disorganized and looks like they were just trying to find a person who accepts the bare minimum growth
After submitting the online application, the first round is invitation for a video call with the HR team primarily focused on behavioral questions. If passed the first round, then advance to the Super Day, which includes both technical and behavioral questions.

The interview process for the internship wasn't bad. It was about 25 minutes. The questions were catered to more behavioral questions. It is a 2 round interview, so this first one was really gaining insight on your resume and soft skills.
