Applied and shortly after got a call from a HR rep and setup a phone interview. She asked simple and basic questions like, why citibank, why do you wanna be a teller. I read reviews on glassdoor and decided to prepare my answers ahead of time. When i was doing the interview i just read of my answers. I think that she noticed that and thats why i wasn't offered a job.

Question 1
I told her a time were i had an anger customer and after talking, the customer wanted to speak with my manager. I thought i would just end it there but she asked me another time you had an angry customer that you handled by yourself. That threw me off and i was not prepared for that.
Get a phone Interview, ask a couple of things on resume and availability, salary with hr then hiring manager, get the offer. Relatively simple process, move fast. Very friendly hr and hiring manager

Are you able to work on most Saturdays? What is your availability
Very organized. They explain the process of the interviews pretty well. They also explain the position with lots of details and if you don’t have any experience they are willing to take the train and train you.
