Hired through an employment agency you first have a 1 on 1 interview followed by a group interview if succesful. Group interview you were asked to discuss as a group various situations you may be faced with as a supervisor such as holiday approval i guess this was to make sure you lined up with the companies thinking on how this should be handled. People in general are very nice at Citibank but in the entry level positions it has become clear that you are very disposable which somewhat affects the office morale.

For me it was why should you get this job? I found this difficult as I didnt want to say the same as everyone applying for the job but still wanted to sell myself.

Three rounds of interview with calls, zoom calls and in person. Dress professional and come prepared. Good experience overall and smooth process. Good follow up calls and emails. People are nice and appreciate your time.

There will be two round interview, first round with branch manager and another personal banker. The second Round will be with three branch manager

Interview process was pretty long, but very straight forward. I talked to multiple people during the process. The branch manager and another manager from a different location interviewed me. Make sure you are personable.
