Was asked about desktop support and server support. Asked about SQL and configuration of servers. What did I know about exchange? Configuring Outlook. TCP/IP and DNS configurations. Asked about Excel / word . and how to reinstall the applications if needed. What about network connections and how to troubleshoot the connections if needed.

I applied for server support. She wanted to know about my SQL expnce. i kept asking her if she was looking for server support or a DBA. She didn't understand the diff.
