I got lucky with this one, as I was fresh out of college, and the economy was pretty rough at the time. I was contacted after applying for the position online. After the initial phone interview and the interview 1:1 with HR, I was interviewed by a panel of 6 managers, all in separate rooms, which was a little bit intimidating (and seemed a bit excessive, seeing that I was only applying for an analyst role). I was asked some questions that I believed were pretty silly, one of which was "How many nickels could you fit into a Boeing 747?" Some interviewers were friendly, but the majority had a holier-than-thou attitude.

A 30 minute call with a Sales and Trading Analyst. He asked me behavioral questions and some easy technical questions. The technical questions were "What did the S & P close at today?" and "What is the relationship between a bond and yield?"
