3 rounds. First round with someone for the operations team, behavioural interview. 2nd round with a trader, technical questions. Final round with head of operations, mix of technical and behavioural.

Smooth and eye-opening. Good interviewer and generally a smooth process. Technical questions were difficult, but follow-up questions were succinct and one thing flowed to another. Good opportunity at the end to ask questions about the firm culture, work-life, etc.
