The assessment consisted of three easy coding challenges, which I was able to complete with spare time. Not sure how important it is as a factor for evaluation. Would recommend practicing string processing and basic data structures.

I was reached out by a recruiter to interview for a contractor position on a trading team. The question they asked was strange and nothing to do with the position.

Online assessment with 3 coding questions on bfs and stacks etc.
First round on a simple coding question with some basic CS questions on top of it and also asked many CV questions and motivations
Did not proceed after this round
OA then phone interview, discussed about experience, coding rounds, and some open ended questions afterwards. The last 5 - 10 mins was for interviewee to ask questions back. Didn't pass this round :(
