I was contacted by a Headhunter who introduced me to Citadel´s HR. After a quick check I was invited to London to spend a day at their office in London for an assessment day. We had a Excel test and a face to face interview with 2 senior manager. The Experience was very nice and they were friendly. Me and other two candidates reach the final stage of the Assessment day but unfortunately no one was selected. I really appreciated this aspect of being straightforward and inform that at this stage they will not consider you.

One initial interview, denied. They said I was too young and inexperienced, which at just a few years in is probably true. They told Me to apply again in a few years.
