The interviews and exercises/ presentation are fine and all very standard. However, the time it takes between each step is ridiculously long and with very little communication in between. Expect to wait around 3 months to complete the process. 3-4 from application to initial contact 2 weeks to arrange a screening call 2-3 weeks for first interview 3-4 weeks second interview The second time I interviewed I was again successful in getting to the second stage. I was forced to wait for 5 weeks to get a confirmed date, only for then to be told I was no longer being considered. The first time going through the process, I got to the final stage yet I was only notified of being unsuccessful via a generic email, rather than a phone call which is standard practice when down to the last 3 or 4 candidates. All-in-all, you need to have a great deal of patience. Their performance during the process will have you doubt the calibre of the company.
