First, we had to apply to register for the process. Then we had to record a short video explaining why you would be a good fit for the position and what interest you have that align with this position. This was followed by an online interview.
Smooth, technical, analytical. Asked me about my current internships, field of interest, my projects, why I want to hold this position and my strength and weakness during my interview process.
