It was pretty straightforward - I interviewed several managers and ICs who I was going to support. Overall the process was pretty predictable - it did seem hard to get into the running though - they have the opportunity to be very picky

Cisco, you can and should do better. A company with your reputation ought to uphold higher standards of communication and professionalism.

HR reached to me and have berief and shor conversation, then 2 rounds interviews will be scheduled, total 4 person and overall schedule is really smooth but no feedback till now, no doubt, I am rejected by them
