Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cisco en mars 2010
Entretien
Interviewed for a Communications Manager position in March 2010 with Change Management Group. Nice bunch of people, interview went extremely well though the interviewers took a few minutes each to review my resume which was a bit disconcerning. Positive experience but did not get offered the position (between me and another candidate).

Question 1
What do you know about Cisco?
What are some of your hobbies?
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cisco
Entretien
The interview process was pretty standard, but very long and drawn out. In the end, I was verbally offered the role by both the recruiter and hiring manager in three separate phone conversations. After waiting for multiple weeks and my email follow-up being ignored, the recruiter let me know they would be making an offer to an internal candidate, and tried to claim they had never made me a verbal offer. The way the situation was handled was incredibly disappointing and does not give me confidence that this is a company anyone would want to work for.
Process was great. Very smooth. Interview questions were more abstract- a bit more difficult than what I am used to. 3-4 interviews to get to the last person. Recruiters email you back with their decision quickly.
