Very heavy, lots of stages.
Video questions with questions from previous trainees.
"Assessment day" consisting of interview with employees, 10 min presentation of one of their products and a role-play interview where one was supposed to act as a Cisco representative.
They go heavy on their own products which requires a lot of read up and preparation.

Entretien
The process was very extensive with multiple interviews requiring alot of preperations. You need to have a decent networking background even as a fresh graduate. You also need to have a visibility on multiple cisco products.

First I had to record a two minute video talking about a Cisco product of my choosing. Then a simple python software assessment. Then the final interview day which consisted of a Discovery Role Play, a presentation, and a more standard interview.

First an autonomous video interview explaining your motivation and some general questions about what attracts you to Cisco.
If you get accepted you are invited for a follow up interview that consists of:
Interview about yourself + tech questions
Role play between you and potential client
Presentation about one of their systems
