Entretien
This position was for recent graduates to start their Cisco career in their Services Academy Associate Program. The process included many emails between the recruiter from Cisco and myself and three video- camera interviews, two of the 1:1 and the last one a Group/Panel interview. The interviewers were nice. The only objection I had it's that the recruiter told me that she sent me an email notifying that I was not selected but I never got the email.

Unexpected: I studied Computer Science Systems and one of the interviewers asked me about that the Customer Support Engineer was a position basically for an IT and since I studied Computer Science Systems; Why do I want to change it?
