Entretien
I applied online through my university's job board page. My recruiter got back to me after about 2-3 weeks, and set up a video interview to be completed within 5 days. Heard back from them again a week or so after, and another video interview, this time a 1:1 with someone in a leadership position. Around a week after, I was invited to an assessment center in Amsterdam, where I gave a 10-minute presentation I had prepared in advance and did a 20-minute sales roleplay, in addition to a very short motivational interview. I was contacted again two and a half weeks later with an offer.

Entretien
The interview process took a few weeks.
First, we had a short virtual interview where the screen showed us questions and we could film our own answers (they gave us a couple tries before submission).
If you move on to the next step, we had a virtual assessment day where they gave us a behavioral interview, sales roleplay, and 10 min presentation.

Assesment Centre with the interview (with about 3 people), role play with the assessor and pre-prepared presentation
Materials were given for you to prepare prior to the day.
Process was tiring overall but they were very kind to give feedback on your performance after the role play and presentation.

Role play with assesor as a solutions representative
The process consists of a application process, a digital interviju where all questions are pre-decided, and then an final evaluation if you are evaluated as sutible for the company.
The last process cannot be taken as lightly thou as it consists of questions regarding IT, roleplay and a more personal intervju.
