4 Parts to the hiring process:
1) Submit Application
2) Video on how the network is the platform. There's a ton of material to be found via google and youtube!
3) Phone interview. Standard interview questions like:
- time you showed leadership
- what you know about cisco / their products
- teleprecense
- Chat about past work experience
4) Full day assessment. They give you some prep material beforehand.
- Technical test (10 qs, multiple choice from a tech booklet they give you. This is simply to test if you read and understood the material they gave you)
- Interview: pretty much same as the phone interview but they may ask a few technical questions here or there.
- 10min presentation on a topic they give you
- Sales role play

Sales role play was stressful. I spend as much time as I could preparing for it, reading case studies and getting any extra bit to give me an edge.

The process was very extensive with multiple interviews requiring alot of preperations. You need to have a decent networking background even as a fresh graduate. You also need to have a visibility on multiple cisco products.

First an autonomous video interview explaining your motivation and some general questions about what attracts you to Cisco.
If you get accepted you are invited for a follow up interview that consists of:
Interview about yourself + tech questions
Role play between you and potential client
Presentation about one of their systems

First I had to record a two minute video talking about a Cisco product of my choosing. Then a simple python software assessment. Then the final interview day which consisted of a Discovery Role Play, a presentation, and a more standard interview.
