Overall professionalism at all levels of the interview process. The questions were direct and usually involved questions based on my resume. Overall a relaxing setting. The process onsite was day long and all the arrangements were made by HR
Multiple experts from relevant technologies for the technical rounds. One meeting with the engineering director for aptitude, fitment and expectation setting for short and long term upon hiring. Successful completion of all the above followed by single HR interview

Hiring process at this level had multiple levels of interviews each requiring a different level of detail. Customer facing capabilities , adaptability and flexibility would help. Communication standards are very important to present your views correctly. Should be able to handle Scenario based questions well.
