First I get a little game based assignment to see how my personal characteristics are, after that I had interview with HR recruiter via WebEx and final was Assignment Day at Cisco Belgrade office. On that Assignment Day I participated in 3 exercises: Networking Fundamentals Quiz, Manager Interview and Technical Presentation & Interview.

How do you handle with pressure, your experience and technologies that you know, explain how do you organize yourself when you have a large task to accomplish... And similar questions.
Extremely long. The process was supposed to be over within 2 months, but it took almost 4 months of silence to get a response. The interview also had annoying questions like, what's your downside's?, can you work under stress?

there were 4 stages in the hiring process.
1. game base aptitude test ( you will have to play a game )
2.video interview ( 1:1 interview in web ex )
3.Presentation skill ( one special topic will be given )
4.HR manager
