Entretien
1) I was a on campus hire.
2) University announced their placement dates and invited companies to recruit their graduates.
3) Cisco showed interest and successfully managed to get one of day from slotted and priorities placement period.
4) all people who had shown interest in company , first had to go through Academic score filter.
5) all who cleared had to write a test , test covered testing of theoretical and practical understanding of the subject.
6) All who cleared the test , had to go through technical interview .
7) once you cleared the technical interview you were invited for the HR round.
8) If HR stamped on your mental sanity and found you good for corporate setup you get hired.
9) they let you on the day itself.
10) all of things mentioned in steps 4-9 happen the same day.

Entretien
The first round was an online test comprising of aptitude and question on general electronics. This was followed by two technical rounds on digital VLSI and digital design. The last round was a HR round

They thoroughly checked my concepts related to timing analysis. They also asked me to redo some of the questions asked in the online test. They are very much interested in knowing the approach taken to solve a given problem. Being thorough with every concept is absolutely essential. Be prepared to answer question on projects done
