Phone interview with recruiter 2 days after applying on Cisco website, followed by in person interview with 2 qulaity managers and one WebEx call with another qulaity manager. Interviewer were nice and professional. Interview was more focused on personal skills. I did not receive anything back from Cisco. After one month and several follow ups, the recruiter mentioned they selected other candidates for this position.

I had 3 rounds and they asked mostly from my resume and tried to understand if I had sufficient technical knowledge. I would say a it was a good experience to interview at a big company and got to know a lot of things that I can improve in other interviews.
