it was a phone interview then after two weeks i was called onsite. First round of behaveorioul then i was given some programming questions. after that i was asked some object oriented design questions with sql queries in the end. Interview enviorenment was pretty chilled out not much pressure but questions were to test your logical and analytical skills. in the end I was interviewed by the HR where i was asked some behavorioul questions which includes about team disputes how u handle it> have u ever dne smthing out of the box. There were like 10 interview questions which includes salary expectations as well. I told them the minimumm salary i was expecting. Most imprtant was what do u know about our company and why we shoud hire you. it took like 10 min for me to explain them why. they seemed convinced in the starting but not in the end of my interview
They care about your skills, rather than your background. They have a template which they provide and you got to fill that, everyone is provided a unique number. You are instructed not to disclose any of your personal details in the due course of your interview.
The interview process was two rounds. The first round was a behavioral interview. Straightforward questions, like tell me about the most technically challenging project you have worked on. The second round was a system design interview.
