It was very informal. The then CEO (he has subsequently left) asked me about my history, what I liked, places I traveled. There wasn't much substance to the technical side of the industry, most of it was just trying to ascertain what kind of person I was. I'm sure the interview process is vastly different. But I don't know how useful these comments are because I highly doubt that Circular Energy is hiring anyone right now of in the conceivable future.
