I applied online and was first contacted via email by a hiring manager within a week. She asked general questions about what I was looking for in a job and made sure we both seemed like a fit for each other. I was then scheduled to interview in person at the Pawley's Island office with the direct manager. The interview was casual, but I was asked good, engaging questions that allowed me to not only share my passion and experience, but allowed me to gain a sense of how I would integrate into a close-knit team. I was offered the position within two days of the interview.
