The interview was in 3 steps, meeting with the HR rep, meeting with the CTO and meeting with the CEO.
The first interview is to discuss general points and general fit with the company values. Also understand expectations.
The second interview was with the CTO and it was a technical case study on a disassembly system
The third was with the CEO and it was more behavioural and oriented on deliverables and strategies I would integrate as a Head of Automation.
