One of the things I love found so surprising while searching for a position, is how disrespectful some companies are regarding candidates’ time. CircleCI is a perfect example of this kind of company. I had a phone screen and a second interview via Zoom with the executive this supports. I thought the interview went well and a week later followed up. I got no response. Obviously they weren’t interested in moving forward. It is so rude not to take two minutes to send a “thanks but no thanks@ email. Just remember that you are interviewing the COMPANY as well.
