First, Short screening interview with hr to make sure they know why you are interested in the position and your salary expectations. Then talk to hiring manager who will ask behavioral questions. They will vet out how you handle conflict. You will talk to senior managers and also other team members. They have a set of behavioral questions they will ask and it can vary. Follow up can take some time. He is not great with responses in some cases. I have not experienced any technical questions because the position requires moderate excel skills. You will be learning the Circana process so it is specific to the company and proprietary applications.

I had 2 behavioral interviews, no technicals. Tell me a time when you showed teamwork, leadership, found an error, strengths, weaknesses. First is with manager and then with director. Recruiting analyst was nice but she ghosted me after my last interview.
