The interview process was the best I've experienced. It was a relaxed approach which involved everyone who interviewed me getting to know me as a person, not just quizzing me on my experience and looking for examples of when I've performed a specific task in a previous role. I had three interviews in total which were all quickly arranged to suit myself and I received feedback from each stage of the process very quickly which meant I was kept in the loop.
