Entretien
Group interview, around 10 of us. 3 Managers/Team Leaders with us. Gave overview of our role + told us about the team. We then filled out the questions in the booklet they gave us - 3 SJT questions, a simple maths test and a teambuilding "make your own movie" question (may have to perform this one). There was a separate sheet for us to fill out our availability. It's really nothing to stress over - whole interview was only around 1hr 30mins long. At the end they allowed us to ask questions and took us to scan our documents - that was it. I recieved a congratulatory email around 3 days later confirming that I got the job.

Entretien
First a group interview with easy get to know you questions and group tasks. Following the first interview they invited me for a second interview, this time one to one with cinema manager and team leader, standard retail/hospitality questions.

Had a set of questions, mostly about what I enjoyed in my previous jobs, why I wanted to work there, how I deal with unhappy customers etc. Was really friendly and nice

Entretien
The first process is a group interview where you’re split off into groups and given various tasks and questions, you then have to work together to create a mini presentation on how to promote a film and merchandise. It’s smart casual wear and lasts about an hour.
Then if you’re successful you’ll be invited back within week for a one-to-one interview which is smart dress, where you answer your standards interview questions with some behavioural ones too. It lasts about 30/40mins.
