Phone interview and then in person interview with head of the department. I applied through my school's online web application for a finance/analytics internship. Took a few weeks before someone got back to me to set up an interview. Everyone was very friendly.

Entretien
Skype interview with two members of the team. Talked about the role I would be filling and about my background as a student. I sent in an application and they emailed me about setting up a Skype interview since I was still in school. I did that interview (about 20 min) and heard back within the week about the job. It was a week long, very casual, very simple process
