It was very laid back and casual. They already have gone through your application and just want to get a sense of who you are and what you’re involved in. The interview didn’t last more than 15 minutes and I got an offer on the spot.

I went to the open interviews. The person asked me basic questions: have you handled cash before, what is a challenge you've had to overcome, what do you do when you don't get along with a coworker... I then took a drug test and had to wait on that to come back before scheduling an orientation.
