So, I got the call from Cimpress to attend a face to face Interview for Senior Software Developer. I reached there and the company was a place where almost anyone would love work. Games, Cafe, Canteen, Cool Chairs, Everything Colorful, Artistics and A lot of Meetings Rooms. The Interview had 2 round with the technical guys. They both didn't know why I was there for an interview, which role is offered to me and what will be next when they are done with the interview. Interview questions was fair enough but I found most of the questions were taken from the "INTERNET" by the interviewers. They asked me the questions but they didn't even know what is the answer they are looking for. When I answer the question they put another question based on my answer, this happened for almost 10 times, I don't know what to answer. It was a longest interview I have ever attended and once it was completed suprisingly those guys don't know what's next. I was told to leave for the day, after giving a good inteview and "HR will let you know" the magical words every interviewee hate to hear :) I called HR few days later and she gave me the bad news that I was not shortlisted for the JOB.
