I received an email from the recruiter the day after I applied online. I had a phone interview and was told that I would hear back within a few days. I did not hear back until about a month later, when I was asked to come in for an interview. The interview lasted from 10am until 2pm, with no lunch provided. I met with very friendly individuals and the interview went well. They asked targeted selection questions (each interviewer had a competency). I received a call the next day asking to come back for a final interview. I didn't hear back for a few days then received a schedule. This final interview was more informal. I was told that they would get back to me within a few days. I heard nothing for three weeks until I finally emailed to ask for a status and was told that I did not get the position.
