I applied online, I got a call back that same day a few hours later for an interview scheduled for later that week. The girl doing my interview was very sweet and we ended up becoming friends. I was asked about past work experience, some simple questions revolving around my worth ethics, my knowledge of customer service. Very simple stuff. Didn't take long. Hired on the spot, filled out new hire forms the same day, had orientation and began wording that same week.
