When you fill out an application be aware that they will call your references. You could put anyone, I had them call 2 of my friends, and my mother. Got the job, super easy. When you come in to interview they basically always give anyone the job. As long as you pass a background check. They hire everyone and anyone.

You may be asked if you feel comfortable changing adult diapers. You also may be asked if you are willing to work in a house where clients or sometimes violent. They have excellent training on how to handle those situations.
