There were 4 rounds of interviews. They were all conversational and questions asked were relevant to the job role being interviewed for and pertaining to the attitude of the candidate. I loved it.

Entretien
Applied to the Chronus Customer Success Manager role online and had a phone screen one week later. It was a very difficult phone screen with the interviewer asking in depth questions for my background and experience. As it progressed it was clear they were looking for a very specific profile in candidates and I would be considered "over qualified" to fit the role.
Despite following up after the phone screen I never heard back from them about where I stood in the process.
