Entretien
It was very random. I kept getting asked questions that had nothing to do with the role I applied for, especially by the CEO (he was in the last stage of the interview process)

Can you shout/be confrontational when the need arises?
Tell me about a time when you went out of the way to meet a customer's needs
What's something about Chowdeck you'd like to change/improve upon?
Can you speak like you would if you were on something (apparently my cadence was not "loud" enough)?
Then some other questions that I can't remember.
It was an online assessment of 5 sections within 50 mins. communication, problem solving, English, Math and Attention to details. Pls try to get a good network connection. The assessment expires after 3 days.

The assessment had over 50 questions but I could remember the attention to details questions. I was asked to look for differences in multiple sentences
Multiple steps. Virtual call first then in-person interview. Panel interview with different team members and questions about yourself. The questions were standard and I was able to answer everything. It wasn’t a bad experience.
