Entretien
The best part of last week was when I was messaged by their recruiter who found my profile on LinkedIn! I've used ChowNow's ordering platform before, and as a foodie/copywriter, think they have an easy, engaging interface.
We set up a screener call, and I was excited to start the process of learning more about their business/internal side. The recruiter was very nice and professional, and I have a great opinion of ChowNow and their process.
I made it to the 2nd round interview, which was with the same recruiter. We had what I felt was another productive talk, but they decided to move in a different direction.
Part of me wishes I could have "talked shop" with someone on their marketing/content teams, as many of my 2nd round questions were geared towards their goals, strategies, etc. However, the recruiter's questions were all fair and standard.
Despite not moving forward, I was very impressed by them, and I would love the opportunity to re-engage in the future.
