      The interview is in three stages. After applying online, a recruiter reached out to me rather quickly to screen me by phone. After that, I was asked to speak to one of the heads of the department a few days later by phone. Had I passed that, I would have been asked to come in for a more formal interview. I, unfortunately, didn’t make it past the second stage. The main issue with their interview process is the role play they have you do at the end of the second phone call. You’re asked to chat online with the interviewer while pretending to be a CSR and they an angry customer. I have many years of experience and am great on the phone, but everything seemingly hinged on this very short part. With no training into their policies or what they expect, and with the interviewer awkwardly sitting on the phone with you, you’re supposed to be on your game. This leads to unnecessarily slow typing and you basically making things up, without knowing what they’re looking for. Worse over, with it feeling like a less than an ideal situation, it’s very easy to make errors you wouldn’t usually make if you were say, aware of what they wanted or doing this in their office. I didn’t do well on this section, and I could tell when I was done I wouldn’t get an offer. The attitude of the interview changed drastically and she rushed me off the phone.

We don’t expect a candidate to know our company policies, we do evaluate the candidates ability to come to a win/win solution and provide top-notch customer service which includes using our proper company name as you interact with the end-user.       I was referred internally by an employee, a recruiter reached out to schedule an interview, and then she ghosted me - didn’t show to the interview, didn’t reach out or reply to any of my emails. Then 3 weeks later she reached back out, didn’t apologize for her previous communication and asked if I was still interested.

      Was a three-step interview process. First was a phone call, then zoom meetings and another zoom meeting. Overall, everyone was nice but I felt like they asked the same questions in different ways. And for a CSR position it felt too extensive.

      Unfortunately made it through all 3 phases of the interview process, was offered the job, even completed all of my onboarding paperwork and enrolled in benefits only to be told my job offer was rescinded for something completely unrelated. It was incredibly disappointing.
